Dr Rakesh Shah is a well known General and Pediatric Surgeon in Mumbai, having his practice “The Children’s Surgery” in Nana Chowk, Mumbai. Having done his undergraduate studies from BYL Nair Ch. Hospital & TN Medical College, he later successfully completed M.S. (General Surgery), M.Ch. (Pediatric Surgery) and Diplomate National Board (Pediatric Surgery).
Earlier on, in the beginning of his career, he worked in different capacity with various reputed hospitals BYL Nair Charitable Hospital & TN Medical College, Mumbai, Royal Hospital for Sick Children, Glasgow UK. Also worked with Seth G.S. Medical College, KEM Hospital, Mumbai. Throughout his tenure at various hospitals, he worked with eminent Doctors and Surgeons across, which gave him exposure to various disease and growth problem and issues in the Children, this helped him to gain immense knowledge and develop his potential to successfully diagnose and treat various ailments.
